Job Title: Senior Store Operations Manager
This leadership role oversees the daily operations of our near-new store, with a focus on retail sales, customer service, and team management.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective stock control and merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day store operations, including purchasing, stock control, sales, team management, and meeting sales targets;
* Creating work rosters, managing stock levels, and ensuring store cleanliness;
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success;
* Minimum of three years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment;
* Driver's license and own transport; Trade networks to build your team;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
