Temporary Administration Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administration support for our Receipting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying and receiving invoices, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Provide prompt and courteous service to clients and colleagues.
* Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements:

* Previous administration experience.
* Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills.
* Ability to learn and use new computer systems.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

* Casual hourly rate of $38.90 per hour (plus super).
