Andie's is on the lookout for Chefs to join our kitchen team. We're a busy, well-regarded venue focused on quality produce, well-executed dishes, and a supportive work environment. Confident leader with strong technical skills and a calm, focused approach
Requirements:
* Certification depending on role
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Confident managing service, staff, prep and ordering
* Able to demonstrate strong skills and knowledge in the areas of Work, Health and Safety.
* Experience with bread doughs and in-house baking is a bonus
* Ability to lead by example, train junior staff, and maintain consistency under pressure
* Organised, reliable and calm in a busy kitchen
* High attention to detail and consistency
* Strong work ethic and kitchen professionalism
* Able to oversee the daily operations.
