Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our service delivery team. You will work in a fast paced environment with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
In this unique customer service role, you will:
* Coordinate appointments with our national network of medical and allied healthcare providers
* Manage a portfolio of cases, including monitoring outcomes
* Manage enquiries and resolve issues from employees, clients and healthcare practices about administrative matters
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* A genuine interest in people and the ability to actively listen and build rapport
* Natural customer service skills, both internal and external
* Self-motivation, adaptability and flexibility
* The ability to work effectively as a team player and autonomously
