Contract Administrator role
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is partnering with a respected civil contractor to secure an experienced Contract Administrator to support a growing pipeline of infrastructure projects across South-East Queensland and regional areas.
This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, high-performing team, offering long-term stability, strong career development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across diverse civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare scopes of work and tender packages
- Support contract negotiations and manage subcontract departures
- Maintain subcontractor registers and accurately forecast costs
- Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks
- Ensure compliance with the Building Code and company standards
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction
- Robust capability in managing commercial claims and variations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience with or within subcontractor organisations highly regarded
