The Role:
Sales Managers play a key role in achieving club membership sales targets while training, mentoring, and managing Membership Consultants on a daily basis. They also assist the Club General Manager with daily operational procedures and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve new membership sales targets set by the Club Manager and Directors.
* Train, mentor, and support Membership Consultants, promoting varied techniques to generate leads.
* Utilize internal software systems including Clubware, Debit Success, and Gym Sales to ensure procedures are followed.
* Implement internal and external marketing strategies, such as social media, SMS, email campaigns, B2B outreach, and community events.
* Manage social media presence according to provided guidelines.
* Support the Club General Manager as needed.
* Plan and execute external lead generation activities, including B2B outreach and community events.
Requirements for Success:
* Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry but not mandatory.
* A motivated individual with a drive to achieve targets and team goals.
* Experience in KPI-driven environments with proactive lead generation skills.
* Strong rapport-building skills and a desire to help clients succeed.
* Problem-solving abilities and resilience.
* Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing.
* Customer-focused mindset aiming for exceptional outcomes.
* Ability to exemplify health values and be passionate about the brand.
* A proactive, reliable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Aspirations to grow within the company.

* Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.

* Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
