About the service
Set just one kilometre from the beach and a short stroll from local reserves, this privately owned 60‐place service has achieved Exceeding ratings across all seven quality areas on multiple occasions.
The service is one of three highly regarded centres owned by a local family with a long‐standing commitment to quality and ethical leadership. The main campus operates across three interconnected buildings, intentionally designed to create a calm, aesthetically pleasing and home‐like environment.
Each room is staffed well above minimum ratio requirements, enabling uninterrupted teaching, deeper interactions, and genuine shared ownership of programs. This level of investment supports both high‐quality outcomes for children and sustainable workloads for educators.
Who we are looking for
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121 or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* Certificate III may be considered for candidates with strong long day care experience
* Demonstrated understanding of the NQF, VEYLDF, EYLF V2.0 and NQS
* Previous experience in long day care
* Collaborative approach and emerging leadership capability
* Strong programming and documentation skills
* Child‐led, inquiry‐based mindset
* Availability to work a rotating roster between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
