About the Role:
Griffith Almet Engineering is seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team. This role is key to supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes within the workshop and office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Assist with scheduling and general office administration
* Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
* Support accounts, quotes, and other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Previous office or administration experience is preferred
* Experience with MYOB is an advantage
