The Role:
* Support and learn from an experienced Strata Manager, with hands‐on training and structured induction
* Assist with strata administration and ad‐hoc support across a diverse range of Bodies Corporate
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working closely with trades and external service providers
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, owners, committee members, and stakeholders
* Assist with risk and insurance requirements, including annual fire safety inspections and insurance renewals
* Progressively take ownership of a small strata portfolio as part of your development into a Strata Manager
The Candidate must possess:
* Experience in Real Estate or Property
* A great can‐do attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent presentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
