The purpose of the role of Business Services Manager is to manage and co-ordinate the Business Services Team and deliver accounting services to your allocated Business Services clients.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
* The direct reporting function for team accounts is to their team Manager/Senior Manager. This reporting deals with Client related matters.
* Weekly workflow Meeting held each Monday and conducted under the standard Agenda.
* Daily liaising to ensure that there are no issues that could prevent the accountant from undertaking their role.
* Client Meetings (Exit Meetings, Tax Planning Meeting, and other agreed meetings regarding consulting activities).
* Phone calls regarding ongoing advice and compliance queries.
* Emails largely relating to administration of the client compliance and some written advice.
About You
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in accounting
* High level of Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budget Management skills
* Experience in preparing and analysing financial statements
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
* CPA or CA certification
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
