Our purpose is to deliver sustainable value. About The Team Iluka’s Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs team enhances and protects the company’s reputation. It delivers value and manages risk primarily by securing the trust of key stakeholders. Core activities include statutory reporting and engagement with the equity market; reputation management and positioning with investors, governments, media, industry associations and other influencers; and external communications and monitoring. About The Role We are seeking a full time Principal, Investor Relations. Working as part of a small multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate will play a leading role in the development, communication and management of Iluka’s investment proposition. Reporting to the General Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs, key accountabilities include: Planning and delivering high quality materials to enhance equity market understanding of Iluka and the industries and environments in which the company operates Preparation of statutory communications, including quarterly reports Planning and coordinating Iluka’s equity market engagement programme and participating in engagement activities Broker forecast and industry analysis, modelling and monitoring Board and management reporting, including shareholder analysis This position is based in Perth and we welcome candidates who are willing to relocate for the opportunity.
