We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can provide critical services to our Residential Care Homes through the efficient and effective development and maintenance of staffing rosters and associated processes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our staff, customers, and visitors. You will also develop and maintain effective and efficient staff rosters for all site staff, ensuring that shifts are assigned, modified, communicated, and backfilled when required.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Preferrable experience in roster management and processes using an electronic roster system
* Previous experience in an admin, customer service, or data entry role, with responsibilities involving accurate and timely record entry across multiple databases
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines and a proactive approach to problem solving
* Excellent interpersonal and highly developed written communications skills
* Computer literacy particularly in the effective use of Microsoft office and related programs
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
* Certificate level qualification in Administration or related area
* Demonstrated knowledge of awards or EBA's and their application to roster management
* Previous experience in recruitment and Human Resources processes
* Knowledge of quality systems and reporting tools
