The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and assembling a wide range of lifting, rigging, height-safety, and material handling equipment. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and support to ensure compliance with Australian standards and quality control.
A key aspect of this role will be to ensure that all equipment meets the required standards, and that customers receive accurate information and inspection advice. The successful candidate will also be responsible for representing the business professionally during site visits and equipment pickups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspecting, testing, and assembling lifting and rigging equipment

* Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and quality control

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of lifting and rigging equipment, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will also need to have a C-Class Driver's Licence (MR preferred), LF Forklift Licence (essential), and Working Safely at Heights (essential) certification.
In addition, you will need to have a minimum 12 months' experience in a similar mechanical or safety-focused role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet-based reporting systems. A strong understanding of lifting, rigging, or safety equipment is highly desirable.
