From design and system integration through to commissioning, servicing and ongoing support, we provide complete pump system solutions to our clients. Our in-house manufacturing capability is central to delivering reliable, high-performance dewatering systems. From our newly commissioned machine shop in Kewdale, we are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support increasing production demand.
The Role
Reporting to the Machine Shop Manager, you will be responsible for CNC programming, machine set-up and operation to manufacture precision components in accordance with engineering drawings and job specifications.
You will play a key role in supporting production flow, maintaining quality standards and contributing to workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, operation and machine set-up of a Mazak Integrex CNC machine
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job routers
* Producing components to required tolerances
* Inspecting finished parts using precision measurement tools
* Monitoring machine performance and addressing issues
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Trade qualified machinist or equivalent industry experience
* Solid experience in CNC programming and machine set-up
* Experience with a Mazak Integrex highly regarded
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Experience working to tight tolerances
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable and safety-focused
