Job Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of programs and projects across Western Australia. This dynamic role involves providing high-level administrative support, confidential reporting, data analysis, and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general program and project support activities and services, including confidential reporting, project analysis, and specialized project duties.
* Prepare relevant documentation to ensure program managers and/or project coordinators have the necessary information to conduct their roles effectively.
* Offer financial management support to program and project managers to maintain solid financial control.
* Assist with business reporting requirements using enterprise systems and tools.
* Identify assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies, administer project registers, and provide advice where necessary.
* Develop and improve project administrative systems, and advise on project process and methodology issues.
* Foster successful networks within the organization that support efficient project delivery.
* Maintain effective interactions between internal and external stakeholders.
You Will Be A Great Fit If You Have:
* Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects, preferably with 4+ years' experience in a project management environment or similar.
* Demonstrable administrative, organisational, prioritising, planning, and coordinating skills, preferably within a project, planning, and/or scheduling environment.
* Intermediate expertise in Microsoft applications, inclusive of Microsoft Projects.
* Strong customer focus, stakeholder management, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and cost control activities.
* Capability to develop and work with complex spreadsheets.
* Proven personal effectiveness with business acumen.
* Intermediate experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
