**The Opportunity**
**We are looking for an experienced Warranty Claims Assessor to join our Warranty Services team in Somerton.**
**In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination of the office operation and most importantly the delivery of outstanding customer service for our warranty team.**
**Key Accountabilities**
- **Customer Relationship Coordination including liaising with dealers, suppliers & repairers**:
- **Keeping detailed records including the coordination evidence to support claims**:
- **Daily communication with stakeholders**:
- **Completing detailed customer/dealer claim forms**:
- **Data Entry and phone support**:
- **Scheduling warranty claim repairs**
