ABOUT YOU: Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics (preferred but not essential); Experience with agricultural machinery in broadacre environments; Confidence to lead, take responsibility, and contribute to business direction; A positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
