As the Senior Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging Manager, you will support the development and embedding of the firm's IDB strategy across the global network, with a focus on the APAC region.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing established IDB programmes, such as the firm's IDB career impact programmesDeveloping new programmes to deliver our IDB action planSupporting senior stakeholders, including the CEO and CPO, on key IDB issues in APACSupporting the APAC IDB Manager with networks and leadership managementDrafting articles and internal updatesDelivering high-impact, scalable training programs to enhance organizational capacity on IDBWorking with the People & Culture team to improve diversity data collection for data-driven decision makingFor a full job description, please visit our careers page: http://careers.ashurst.com/Candidate ProfileExperience leading Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging initiatives in a senior role, preferably within a global organizationExceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize under pressure, adapt to changing prioritiesConfident and approachable, with ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrong client service orientation, leveraging networks and industry knowledgeExcellent communication skills, both spoken and writtenThis role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
