You’ll be the key link between our customers and our parts team — interpreting, sourcing, and selling genuine truck and trailer parts while providing exceptional service at the counter, over the phone, and via email. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where your technical knowledge, attention to detail, selling skills and teamwork will shine.
About you:
We are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter / Advisor / Technical Sales Professional, preferably in the truck or automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive “make it happen” attitude
- Good administration and computer skills (Auto IT experience is an advantage)
- Current Driver’s Licence (Forklift Licence desirable)
- A team player mindset — reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- A focus on performance, safety and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to customers—accurately interpreting and recommending truck and trailer parts
- Process phone, counter, and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase orders, and quotes in a timely manner
- Source and sell parts to retail, trade, and internal customers
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktakes, and help reduce obsolete stock
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow‑up and reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support a positive team culture
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
