Our client is a mid-sized Melbourne based commercial legal practice with a niche approach to the way they service their clients. Known widely across the Melbourne legal market for not only their alternative solutions to service but also for their amazing staff retention and satisfaction they are now seeking a talented Senior Associate to work for their growing team.
- Providing advice on a wide range of employment, Industrial Relations and OHS Issues
- Conducting legal research
- Manage complex disputes, grievance, and workplace investigations
- Prepare correspondence, submissions and briefs as required
- Representing clients at the Fair Work Commission, at relevant conciliations or with union representations as required
- Participate in negotiation and bargaining processes where required
- Development and facilitation of relevant training and workshops
- Engaging with clients on legal issues
**To be considered for this prospect, it is imperative that you hold at least 5 years of Victorian law experience working within employment law**:
