**The Role**
Step into a rewarding role as a Home Care Attendant, where you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Working under the direction of the Case Manager - Aged & Disability, you'll provide first-level support aimed at promoting independence and preventing unnecessary or premature moves to residential aged care.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality domestic assistance, ensuring that homes are clean and inviting. Your responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, dusting when necessary, handling laundry, and changing bed linens. Your efforts will help create a supportive and well-maintained living environment for those in need.
