 
        
        External Account Manager – Electrical Wholesale Mandurah 
As an External Account Manager at City Electric Supply Pty Ltd in Mandurah, WA, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the electrical wholesale industry. 
This full-time role is pivotal in driving customer loyalty and growth, contributing to the overall success of the business. 
Responsibilities 
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned key accounts 
Develop and execute account plans to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction 
Provide excellent customer service and technical expertise to address customer needs 
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within your account base 
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences 
Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on account performance 
Support the overall sales and marketing strategies of the Mandurah branch 
What we're looking for 
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar external sales or account management role, preferably within the electrical wholesale or related industry 
Proven track record of building robust, long-lasting customer relationships and driving sales growth 
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets 
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills 
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Mandurah & South West Region
