Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor in an operational environment.
* 'Hands-on' approach with a mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a sweeper on a needs basis.
* Strong work ethic and customer focus.
* Ability to guide team members to required standards and company directions.
* Solid time management and prioritizing skills.
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* A solution-based approach to various work and client needs.
* MR Licence and a Construction Industry White Card.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol test.
