About the Role
This is an exciting new opportunity to work in the HR team and support on the configuration, testing, deployment, and change management activities for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the system aligns with business needs and HR best practices.
Please note this is a 12 month contract role.
Further key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support end-to-end Workday HCM implementation
- Configure and test Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, Peakon, Learning, Payroll, and more
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation of legacy HR data
- Develop documentation such as process maps, configuration guides, and training materials
- Design and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live troubleshooting
- Contribute to change management and communication strategies for smooth adoption
- Train and support P&C; team members and end-users on Workday functionality
About You
- In order to be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Workday HCM implementation across multiple modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across P&C;, IT, and Payroll
- Experience in change management or training within system implementations
- Deadline-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced project environment
- Ideally experience working in a law firm or partnership model
