For: The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast food or retail management role
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Solid understanding of food handling and hygiene protocols
A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development Experience using POS and stock control systems Strong time management and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities: As a Retail Manager, you will be expected to: Oversee the selection of food and beverage offerings to meet customer demand and maximise profitability
Monitor stock usage and availability, and set benchmarks for inventory control and service delivery Develop and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers Engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high standard of service
Keep accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and daily transactions Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and work towards meeting financial targets Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
Ensure all operations comply with workplace safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations Why Join Us?
