This role offers a vast exposure to many facets throughout the organisation and plays a pivotal support role to our group of entities, through to Warehouse Management, Administrative Support and delivering excellence in Customer Service. To succeed in this role, you will display an exceptional can-do attitude and work ethic with a passion to deliver excellence in Customer Service and Administrative Support.
**_Key responsibilities will include:_**
- Handling front line Customer enquiries from product information, pricing and general inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
- Managing and processing orders
- Manage stock levels and completing weekly stock take
- Full Warehouse Management
- Building Client relations with New and Existing Clientele
- Office administration duties
- Administrative support role to the group of entities
- Well presented with strong people skills and the ability to build strong rapport with Clients
- Experience within the Building and Construction Industry (desirable)
- Aptitude to learn new skills in product and technical information
- Valid unrestricted Driver License
- Valid Forklift license
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail / Time management and ability to prioritise
- Ability to multitask effectively
