About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the bakery department. You'll take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and the local community.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Leadership experience, including coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering
* Ability to maintain high department standards, including stock monitoring, rotation routines, waste management, and quality control
* Commitment to fostering a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
