The Current Landscape of the Aged Care Sector is challenging, with reform, compliance, and burnout impacting leadership. This role supports a CEO within a high‐performance organisation that is adapting to these pressures.
What You Will Be Doing
* Run the diary and triage urgent emails: Keep the noise out and the priorities front and center.
* Act as the eyes and ears of the office: Stay connected with the team and anticipate what is needed.
* Coordinate the board: Set up meeting agendas and interact smoothly with board members.
* Event logistics: Help organize the annual international conference and state-wide roadshows
Who You Are
* You are experienced: You've worked as an EA or held similar roles
* You are highly organised: You make sure everything is where it should be and easily accessible
* You get it done: The CEO isn't precious about how things get done, as long as there is a logical, sensible system, and that it gets done.
* You have high EQ: While you protect the CEO's diary, you also make people feel heard and appreciated; you need to be deeply respectful with great phone manner.
* You care about the mission: You understand that taking things off the CEO's plate directly impacts the quality of care thousands of older Australians receive.
The Details
* Hours are generally 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
* You're in the office to be part of the team, but 1 day a week working from home is available.
* Standalone office in SOR Perth with free parking at the adjacent shopping centre.
* For the right person, the budget stretches to $120k+ Super.
