The Digital Supply Chain Practice of Australia & New Zealand is expanding its SCM Centre of Excellence (CoE) to provide strategic guidance and expert delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive solution strategies that meet our clients' business objectives.
* Design and implement end-to-end processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile, strategic initiatives.
* Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
* Mentor and coach junior consultants to develop their skills and expertise.

Qualifications, Skills And Competencies

* A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience as a senior SAP IBP consultant.
* Expert knowledge in SAP IBP with ideally 5+ full implementation life cycles.
* Proven project delivery experience with SAP IBP across modules like DP, S&OP, and Supply Planning.
* Delivery experience in processes such as:
o Demand Management
o Inventory Management
o Capacity Management
o Strategic Sourcing
o Tactical Planning
o Plan execution in SAP PPDS
o All relevant master data and organisation structure
* Knowledge around SAP Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) processes and IBP is a plus.
* Knowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management and best practices (where applicable).
* Associate SAP Certification in the Core area and/or professional certification is advantageous.
* APICS or Oliver Wight certification is a bonus.
* ABAP development and CPDIS skills are a plus.
* Strong analytical, results-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to present complex information clearly to customers in a well-documented and trustworthy manner.
* Team player with ability to work in culturally diverse environments and strong networking capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and business focus.
* Passion for technology, innovation and how digital platforms solve business challenges.
* Experience with ML, IoT, SAP Joule and other AI tools is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of programming is a plus.
* Practical experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe is a plus.
