Role Overview
Aptella PaveSmart has been providing Surveying and Paving services to major infrastructure projects such as Airports, Highways, Motorways and other high tolerance pavement jobs throughout Australasia and the USA. Our experienced survey consultancy teams provide complete control of any asphalt surfacing project, removing risk and smoothing the path to success.
As a part of the role you will be utilising the proprietary Pavesmart Technology and other level control systems in conjunction with survey data to assist in the material laying process and providing the client with a service that ensures they are meeting their depth level requirements, contract level tolerances and smoothness requirements.
Requirements
* Liaise on a daily basis with site supervisors and engineering staff.
* Communicating regularly with the plant operator and site staff to ensure level controls are maintained.
* Asphalt Paving Machine control using our proprietary PaveSmart system.
* Installing control networks.
To be considered we are seeking the below
* Asphalt Level Hand Experience.
* Asphalt Labouring/Operator Experience.
* Current Driver Licence.
* Construction Induction Card.
* RII and/or VOCs Nice to Have.
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Highly Reliable and Punctual.
* Able to Work Day, Nights, Weekends and Away Work as Needed.
* Able to Pass a Pre Employment Medical and Police Check.
