Solutions Architect – for a Federal Client based in Canberra.
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension.
About the Role
* We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design, deploy and manage Unified Communications (UC) systems and solutions.
* You will lead day-to-day operations of UC systems – voice, video and VoIP, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimisation.
* You will prepare detailed technical design and implementation plans.
* You will implement diagnostic and problem-solving processes, ensuring alignment with ASD Essential 8 and contributing to security accreditation of ICT systems.
About You
* Minimum ten years of experience in designing, deploying and managing UC systems and solutions is required.
* A strong understanding of stakeholder management and client-service skills is essential.
* An advanced level of diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is necessary.
* Broad knowledge of government direction industry trends how to apply emerging technologies to solve business problems.
pRequirements: Australian citizen capable obtaining Negative Vetting Level 1.
