The Role
1300Hoarding is growing fast, specializing in hoarding installation for commercial builders, government projects, and property developers. We also handle temporary fencing and site setup.
We're looking for a self-motivated labourer with a 'can do' attitude to join our Hoarding team. If you have experience building fences or carpentry skills, this could be the perfect fit. You'll be installing, maintaining, and removing timber hoardings, working alongside experienced installers to get the job done right.
This is a full-time role with hands-on work in a great team, reporting to the Hoarding Manager. In return, we offer competitive pay, a fully maintained company vehicle and phone, along with all the tools of the trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Site set out and set up of relevant hoarding system
* Install rails, boards and gates into required position as per job specification
* Dismantle hoarding equipment once the job is completed
* Ensure hoarding equipment is installed based on hoarding regulations
* Drive from site to site on a daily basis
* Manual handling and heavy lifting
* Pack and sort orders for hoarding works
To be successful for this role you must have the following
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Construction and warehouse site experience
* Be physically fit
* Ability to use power and hand tools
* Reliable with good attention to detail
* Be well presented with great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Hoarding equipment knowledge (desirable)
* Carpentry experience (desirable)
