Sales Representative

Brenniston is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our passionate team. Service and support our customers to achieve and maintain WHS compliance in Geelong, regional western Victoria, and Melbourne's western suburbs.
This is a field-based role focused on developing customer relationships, growing sales within an established territory, and delivering outstanding service to existing accounts. The role combines account management with hands‐on customer servicing responsibilities, product knowledge and identifying future opportunities.

About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Western Victoria customer territory through a combination of relationship management, product sales, and scheduled customer visits.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and growing an established customer territory
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Delivering a high level of customer service and support
* Identifying sales opportunities across workplace first aid, AED and safety products
* Scheduling and managing recurring customer appointments
* Conducting regular face‐to‐face customer visits
* Preparing and following up on quotations and orders, and achieving quarterly targets
* Providing tailored product recommendations and solutions
* Maintaining accurate customer records within Microsoft Business Central
* Undertaking overnight travel (bi‐monthly or less) in Western Victoria, including areas such as Hamilton and Portland, with paid accommodation and per diems
About You
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and enjoys working directly with customers.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in sales, account management or territory management
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Confidence independently managing your own schedule
* A pro‐active and results‐focused attitude
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills
* Strong customer service and problem‐solving abilities
* Confidence using Outlook, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems
* A professional approach and a sense of humour
Experience Preferred
* Minimum 3 years field sales or account management experience is essential for this position
* First aid, medical, PPE, safety or compliance industries
* Customer service or servicing‐based roles
* Territory based or route‐based work
Requirements
* Full Driver Licence
* Driver History Report
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check (Employee)
* Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
* Australian work authorisation and rights to work in Australia
