State/Branch Manager – Mining Components (WA Region) Global Pump Manufacturer | Travel-Ready Role | Strong Mining Focus My client is a globally recognized and respected pump manufacturer, currently seeking a State/Branch Manager with strong technical and sales acumen to drive growth across Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel-ready professional passionate about mining and mechanical components. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the WA region. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs. Regular travel across the region as required. About You: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred). 4 - 5 years’ experience in sales/business development in a similar industrial or technical field. Proven success in industrial manufacturing sales, ideally within the mining sector. Proven management skills and experiences. Experience with mining mechanical components highly regarded. Strong technical knowledge coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute.
