ERP Principal Specialist Contract with Local Gov

Our client is a local government looking for an ERP Principal Specialist to provide the S4/Hana Project (Services for Brisbane Modern ERP Project) with strategic guidance, solution assurance, business partnership.
Your new role
* Functional strategy and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
* Scoping of new initiatives.
* Internal consulting advice to business and ISB stakeholders - harnessing SAP capabilities and best practice processes to meet business needs and exceed expectations.
* Management of Functional, reporting and integration solutions.
* Management of data conversion requirements and design.
* Definition and acceptance of solution testing scope, scripts and results.
* Acceptance of service transition to support.
* Management of touch points between HR/Payroll & EH&S systems and other corporate shared service areas (e.g. Finance, Asset Management).
* Management of a functional consulting team, providing the right skills to project and internal business as usual change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
* Significant experience of working in SAP ECC, Success Factors and S/4 HANA environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution architecture.
* Demonstrated significant experience of successfully managing SAP functional teams including the implementation of industry frameworks (e.g. SAP Activate) and functional analysis and configuration services in a complex organisation.
* Significant experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations in a process driven environment in the capacity of functional lead.
* Demonstrated specialist experience in SAP HCM sub modules Payroll, Time management, personnel administration, organisational management, people analytics/MSS, SAP SuccessFactors and having a detailed knowledge of employee life cycle as well as payroll processes.
* Demonstrated specialist experience in Master Data Governance, including but not limited to Data Ownership, Data Standards, Data Quality, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance Policies, Data
* Stewardship, Data Integration, Data Security and Data Auditing
