Primary Objective of the Role:
This role will utilise your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a regular basis.
In this role, you will successfully manage an existing portfolio of client properties, enjoy building and maintaining relationships with tenants and owners, conduct routine inspections, negotiate lease renewals and prepare the property condition reports.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of properties
* Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
* Negotiating Lease Renewals & Rental Increases
* Attending all Tribunal hearings
* Rental Arrears management
* Performing Final bond Inspection only
* Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
* Working towards targets and KPI's
* Guiding Assistant to Preparing and signing lease agreements
* Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
Criteria:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a property manager
* Current certificate of registration as a Licensed Real Estate Agent
* Clean Driver's license
* A strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
* A proactive approach to task management and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Property Tree Experience preferred only
