Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized technical support specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
* Install, configure, and maintain company PCs and laptops.
* Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks.
* Document and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
* Maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring all assets are properly accounted for.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in IT support.
* Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office365, and networking technologies (Aruba Networks Switches and Access Points).
* Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Azure, Veeam backup and replication, and Aruba Networks products.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
