* Efficiently resolve customer concerns to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
* Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our services.
* Perform minor hearing aid repairs after receiving necessary training.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering outstanding customer service in retail or allied health environments.
* Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs.
* Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
* A positive attitude and strong team-oriented spirit.
