Job Description
We're looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join our poolside team at Breeze and Summer Salt at Elements of Byron.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced resort environment. You'll be preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring our poolside areas are clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, coffee and beverages
* Providing friendly, attentive service to guests
* Managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
* Assisting with food running and guest requests
* Following service standards and RSA compliance
You're someone who brings great energy, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment. You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
* Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort environment
* Confident making cocktails and coffees (barista skills highly regarded)
* Current NSW RSA (essential)
* NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to commit to at least 4months (WHV welcome)
