**The Position**
Working with a passionate leader and a knowledgeable and diverse team, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Service existing customers by answering product and service questions
- Update customer records and account information
- Process customer orders and deal with all queries relating to orders
- Input pricing, both standard pricelists and promotional pricing
- Produce sales reporting Resolve product or service queries
- Demonstrated customer service experience within a similar role
- Manufacturing/ FMCG experience an advantage
- Experience using large ERP
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail
