GPH Recruitment requires the skills of a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant/ HR Consultant for our regional office based in Kalgoorlie. This role will see you building and developing client relationships and assisting with the sourcing of candidates for both short- and long-term placements. You will enjoy working in a fast paced ever changing environment while gaining useful experience to further your career within recruitment.
The Role:
* Client management and business development
* Advertising jobs & sourcing candidates
* Reference checks
* Interviews ( over the phone and face to face )
* Liaising with clients and candidates
* Organising medicals, inductions, and accommodation
* Other administrative duties as required
To be considered you will have:
* Preferred previous experience in recruitment or Human Resources. (Not Essential)
* Exceptional customer service skills, self-managed, mature, and confident.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administration, organisational and computer skills.
* The ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Current driver licence
