IT Support Technician – Onsite Dispatch (02nd April )
We are looking for a freelance IT Support Technician for an onsite dispatch activity scheduled on 02nd April
Scope of Work:
* Conduct onsite validation and site testing
* Verify and provide counts of the following IT assets at the site:
* Displays
* External Storage Devices
* Desktops
* Laptops
* Network Devices
* Printers
* Routers
* SIM Cards
* Switches
* Wireless Network Devices
* Share accurate numbers for each asset category
* Verify if the network node is functioning properly
* If any issue is identified, determine whether it is due to:
* Maintenance activity
* Power failure
* Hardware failure
* Perform basic troubleshooting:
* Check power status of router and modem
* Inspect cables between modem and router
* Verify indicator lights on modem/NTU
* Prior experience in IT support / Network Services
* Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills
* Ability to perform onsite validation independently
