**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical teaching, simulation, and feedback practices within the Doctor of Medicine program.
Main Responsibilities:
* Foster a learning environment that is inclusive, responsive, and respectful of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
* Develop and deliver Indigenous Health learning and assessment activities that integrate culturally safe practices and ensure curricula reflect Indigenous health priorities and accreditation standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development of scholarship of teaching and depth of knowledge in their discipline and/or contribution to discipline-based research.
**Key Performance Indicators:**
* Deliver effective clinical teaching, simulation, and feedback practices within units in the Doctor of Medicine program.
* Support the development of scholarship of teaching and depth of knowledge in their discipline and/or contribution to discipline-based research.
* Engage with accreditation and Commonwealth reporting requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, nursing, education).
* Proven experience in clinical teaching, simulation, and feedback practices.
* Knowledge of Indigenous Health and cultural safety principles.
* Ability to develop and deliver Indigenous Health learning and assessment activities.
