**The organisation**
Our client assists some of the most vulnerable in our community. They provide support through services that include homeless support, foster care, kinship care, community education and family reconciliation. The services provided help the people who have been affected by crisis and trauma to restore relationships, get the support they need and most importantly to take charge of their futures.
**The role**
Be part of a small people and culture team, that aims in providing high quality human resources aspects to the organisation. Reporting to the People and Culture manager you will be supporting team members through the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience is achieved with new employees and existing employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Onboard and induct new employees
- Fortnightly payroll for approximately 60 employees
- Manage the HR database |
- Provide reports to people and culture manager
**Skills and Experience**
- Understanding and experience in an HR generalist role
- Ability to work autonomously and make judgement calls
- Implement and maintain employee experience processes
- Strong administration and skills
