What You'll Be Doing
* Raising and receipting purchase orders, cross-checking against work scopes and sourcing parts
* Setting up jobs with complete and accurate information
* Updating customer and job information, including order number changes and variations
* Maintaining job records based on authorisation sheet updates in GP
* Processing job invoicing
* Entering and reconciling timesheets
* Completing consumables calculations for jobs
* Updating labour rates for non-administration staff
* Ensuring accuracy across all job data, including purchase orders and invoices
* Supporting general administration tasks, including occasional reception cover
About You
You're a motivated and reliable administrator who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment. You'll bring:
* At least 12 months administration experience
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
* Good internal and external customer service
