We're seeking trade-qualified fitters, preferably with industrial experience, to join our team.
About the Role:
Responsibilities
* Project work: You will be responsible for delivering project-based tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
* Maintenance functions: Participate in routine maintenance activities to maintain the manufacturing facility's operational efficiency.
* Equipment monitoring: Monitor equipment to identify potential breakdowns and perform repairs as necessary.
* System improvement: Maintain and improve existing manufacturing facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
You will work within a team environment and autonomously, either in day work or a rotating 4-shift roster. Your responsibilities will include working with others, identifying equipment issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety standards and systems.

About You
* An appropriate Engineering trade qualification (Certificate III or higher)
* Experience in machine trouble shooting, problem solving, and fault finding
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Demonstrated experience in pneumatic and hydraulic equipment (preferred)
* Established metal machining skills (preferred)
* Experience in fabrication/welding (an advantage)
