Prostate Cancer Community Nurse Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients with prostate cancer.
* This is a temporary full-time position available for 44 weeks, working 38 hours per week.
* The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-focused care, promoting hospital avoidance and supporting complex wound management, acute/post-acute, and end-of-life care.
