The Roles
* Role 1 - Our client is a multinational green energy company. A leader in its industry and voted one of the world's smartest companies. There is now an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the Melbourne office. This role will suit candidates with experience across supply contracts, renewable energy and/or construction/infrastructure projects. This will be a critical early‐stage hire responsible for managing the pre‐execution negotiation and approval process for OEM supply contract. You will work closely with Head of Commercial and the wider global teams to ensure robust supply and service contract structures.
* Role 2 - Our client is an internationally recognised transport solutions specialist. Priding itself on its sustainable and innovative services and software our client is a leader in the transportation industry. There is now an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the in‐house team in Sydney. This role will suit Commercial Managers or Construction Lawyers with 4 to 8+ years front and back end experience. In this role you will manage contracts for major projects; draft complex correspondence, build claims, and negotiate dispute resolutions in collaboration with project and commercial managers; prepare contract summaries; manage risk; and manage internal and external stakeholder relations.
