About the role
Based at our head office in Bowral, you will play a key role supporting our Finance Team through high-volume, accurate data entry and processing tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* High-volume invoice data entry, including inputting, cross-checking, and validating information
* Verifying calculations and identifying duplicate or incorrect entries
* Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases
* Investigating and resolving data discrepancies
* Updating and maintaining financial records in line with internal processes
* Assisting with system updates, data cleansing, and basic reporting tasks
* Ensuring all data is entered in compliance with internal policies and NDIS/Aged Care standards
This role is open to candidates seeking part-time or full-time opportunities and offers flexible working days and hours (minimum 22.5 hours per week) —ideal for recent graduates or working within school hours.
About you:
You are highly detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. You have excellent data entry skills, strong organisational abilities, and confidence working with systems and spreadsheets. You are comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume tasks while meeting deadlines.
You are quick to learn new systems and processes, and you communicate clearly when resolving discrepancies or seeking clarification. You enjoy working as part of a team and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
