Salt Search has partnered with a globally recognised, market-leading consumer wellness business that is transforming how modern marketing content is created. Operating across 100+ markets globally, the business is investing heavily in AI-powered in-house content studios designed to deliver creative work faster, more nimbly and at greater scale.
They are looking for a Conceptual Copywriter to deliver high-performing, social-first creative content for their consumer brands. You'll develop creative concepts, captions, messaging and campaign ideas across social media, digital campaigns and eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on copywriting expertise and a genuine passion for Generative AI and emerging creative technologies.
Responsibilities
* Develop engaging social-first creative concepts aligned to brand campaigns, content pillars and broader marketing strategies.
* Write compelling captions, headlines and short-form copy across social media, digital advertising, eCommerce and digital platforms.
* Collaborate closely with designers, studio leads and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative content at speed and scale.
* Use Generative AI tools to support ideation, creative development and content production workflows.
* Contribute to a fast-paced sprint-based production environment across multiple brands and campaigns.
* Monitor social trends, platform behaviours and emerging AI capabilities to continuously evolve creative output.
Experience Required
* 3-4+ years' experience in copywriting, conceptual creative, social content or digital content roles.
* Must have a background within agency/s or social-first studios working for FMCG or B2C brands.
* Experience using Generative AI tools such as Canva AI (must have), Jasper (nice to have), Leonardo.ai (nice to have), ElevenLabs (nice to have) or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling and audience engagement.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving and highly collaborative environments.
* Naturally curious, proactive and excited by the future of AI-powered creativity.
